A celebration of the beautiful women of Melbourne who inspire us everyday.
Occupation: Bridal Manager at cecilia fox
Favourite thing about Melbourne: I feel like no matter who you are or what you’re into, you will be able to find your people in Melbourne. It’s such a diverse melting pot and I think that gives the city a really magical feeling. Also, the food here is incredible.
Favourite Kalaurie piece: That’s such a hard question!! It’s a tough competition. The Desolation Skirt took me totally by surprise. The moment I put it on I just felt incredible. I feel like it’s so versatile as well, It strikes such a great balance between being subtle but incredibly showy with that split. It’s a staple for sure.
The Climb Shirt is the shirt of my dreams. I think Kalaurie really nailed every single element. It’s not often a piece ticks every single box, but that shirt is to die for. So those two are my favorites - please don’t make me choose! Haha.
Occupation: Coffee Educator @ Bluestone Lane New York
Favourite thing about Melbourne: The cafe and coffee culture.
Favourite Kalaurie piece: My custom Juliet Top. The broderie anglaise combined with the puffy sleeves is so divine. It’s timeless and I can wear with anything- dress it up or down.
Occupation: Ballet Teacher
Favourite thing about Melbourne: I love it’s openness. Individuality is embraced in this city. It gives me breath & growth with the seasons.
Fave Kalaurie: The Lovers Top. Those sleeves could be hiding in an 18th Century French painting- it’s pure romance to me.
Occupation: Session hair stylist and sometimes makeup artist.
Favourite thing about Melbourne: Feeling at home and the food.
Favourite Kalaurie piece: My white shirt. I love it’s versatility and the knowledge that it's crafted with love locally and especially for me!
