SHIPPING AND HANDLING
KALAURIE ships worldwide using Australia Post and all parcels are posted using Registered Air Mail.
Orders are posted between 1-2 days after the production of your garment. Current production time 7-14 days. Once your order is sewn, packed and posted we will send you will receive a notification email.
Registered EXPRESS shipping and signed for on delivery. Traceable through Australia Post. Arrives 1-2 business days after shipping notification is received.
Free shipping on all orders over $100.
Standard: Registered and traceable through Australia Post. Generally arrives 10-12 business days after shipping notification is received.
Express: Registered and traceable through Australia Post. Generally arrives 4-7 days business days after shipping notification.
Please note that if you purchase 'Express Shipping' this does not mean your order moves up the production queue, production times still apply. It only means a quicker shipping service will be used.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.
Signing for Deliveries
All domestic orders ( within Australia ) require a signature upon delivery. However, a family member or colleague may sign on your behalf. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, consider shipping to your workplace or a notice will be left notifying you of alternate delivery / pick-up arrangements.
You may authorise your delivery to be left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). KALAURIE does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

Paypal will determine the exchange rate at the time of checkout for international orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
KALAURIE does not offer refunds or cancel orders due to 'change of mind'.
KALAURIE does not offer refunds if you purchase the wrong size due to the nature of the garment being made-to-order, so please make sure you refer to the size guide carefully. We are always happy to help with sizing advice so just send an email to email@example.com with any queries.
If you have ordered the wrong size garment please email firstname.lastname@example.org to negotiate an exchange. You must notify us with 7 days of receiving your purchase and you are responsible for the return postage fees.
KALAURIE aims to provide customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the rare event that your garment is faulty please immediately email email@example.com
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
KALAURIE is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the postal service.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout KALAURIE is not responsible for locating the parcel. KALAURIE will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
If you have accidentally entered the wrong postal address when you put your order through or have forgotten to update your Paypal please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your invoice updated.
CUSTOM TAXES & DUTIES
All international customers are responsible for custom taxes on delivery.
